CORRECT ANSWER:

A) Cullen sign, necrotizing pancreatitis. It can sometimes be seen in other emergent diagnosis as well, specifically different types of internal hemorrhage. If you can just simply think of the U in Cullen to remember the umbilicus
Grey Turner sign is similar but the area differs. Ecchymosis is seen around the flank areas. Sometimes Cullen & Grey Turner sign are seen at the same time. I would definitely consider these signs emergent and it needs to be addressed immediately!
